A lift takes you to the fourth floor of the residence. The apartment was renovated in 2020. On the north side are the two bedrooms with private balcony and the bathroom. On the south side you will find the kitchen and the open living/dining area with balcony.

The residential building with its three 3.5-room apartments is located in the old village of Brigerbad in a very idyllic location. The bus stop is only a few meters away. Restaurants and the Brigerbad are within 5 minutes walking distance. 

The apartments are located one above the other on the ground floor, second floor and attic. All apartments have two bedrooms, bathroom and an open living/dining area with kitchen. Also two apartments have a small balcony. The bathrooms, kitchens and floors have already been renovated.
Also to the building belong 3 cellar compartments, as well as a parking lot for two cars.

Advantageous is the proximity to the Lonza in Visp. The apartments can be rented very well to companies and employees of the Lonza. From experience we can say that this property offers a good return.

The apartment building "Vieux Valais A" in Blatten bei Naters offers a 3-room apartment on the first floor.
From the apartment, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Valais Alps.
During the winter season, the ski bus from the nearby stop takes you directly to the valley station of the Belalp cable cars.
When the sledging run is open, you can ride all the way from Belalp back down to the house in Blatten.

The alternative hotel. The "Hôtellerie Franciscaine" is a hotel business run by the Capucin order of monks. It is adjacent to the 17th century monastery, separated only by the large vegetable garden. The "Hôtellerie" consists in 42 rooms / 69 beds with bath, telephone and wi-fi connection in a quiet and peaceful location, inviting to rest and relaxation.

The "Hôtellerie" caters for a clientele that values simplicity and warm hospitality. Meals are taken at guests tables and there is a limited room-cleaning service during a stay.

Electricity and hot water are produced by our own solar power plant and water pump. The jam is home-made and most of the vegetables come from our garden. A TV room, terrace and private parking for 29 cars round off the range of amenities.

The Hotels also has eight fully equipped conference rooms.

Apartment in Chalet Independent in a very idyllic location. It is situated in the picturesque mountain landscape of the Valais only a few minutes above the city of Brig. The capital Bern can be reached in 1 hour via the Neat tunnel, Milan is 2 hours away by train. The highlights are the numerous ski resorts in the immediate vicinity: Belalp, Aletscharena, Rosswald, Rotwald, Zermatt...
