The campsite is on a slightly undulating and grassy terrain, which offers a magnificent view of the mountains. During your stay at the Camping Evolène, you will be able to alternate great outdoor challenges with more tranquil activities. With it’s micro-climate, it’s prestigious mountains, it’s vast intact glaciers,it’s protected species of both fauna and flora, the Evolène region offers a captivating return to nature. An extensive hiking trail network with attractive Suonen trails (as explanation: a so-called Suon means a small stream) belongs to Unterbächs highlights in summer. A suspension bridge has been added to the offer since 2022. On hot days, the small play and bathing lake "Seepark Augstbord" offers the longed-for cooling.

With the chairlift you can reach the Brandalp from the village in a short time at 1600 m above sea level.

But even bikers will get everything they need.

It’s just a 5-minute walk to the ski resort, which is guaranteed to have snow and reaches an altitude of 2,500 metres above sea level; it’s particularly popular with families with children, not least because of the rare queues. The Unterbäch Ski and Snowboard School has qualified instructors who will be happy to help you improve your skiing and snowboarding skills. The ‘Swiss Snow Kids Village’ features a magic carpet, seesaws, jumps and rails, as well as a ski carousel.

Thanks to its convenient location, Unterbäch is also an ideal starting point for excursions.

Getting here

From Mörel, take the small Gondola West, alighting at the mountain station. From there, the chalet can be reached in three minutes – approximately 50 metres along the main road.
The Aristella has a garden patio (250m2), where you can barbeque, sunbathe or relax. All apartments have an unrestricted view of the Simplon area to the south and the Riderhorn to the east.
In summer, every cableway and chairlift can be reached within 2-10 minutes if you fancy a trip out. The golf course is also only 7-8 minutes from the chalet, while you can walk to the tennis court in only three. As you can see, we have built our chalet in a great location.

The apartment building "Bellaria" in Blatten bei Naters offers a 2½-room apartment (55 m²) on the 2nd floor for 2-4 people.
In winter, a parking space is available in the underground garage. In summer, the parking space in front of the house can be used.
The central location allows you to reach the valley station of the Belalp cable cars within a few minutes on foot.
From the apartment, you can enjoy beautiful views of the Valais Alps.

The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the chalet "Monte Leone". The house, built in 1990, is located in a very central location directly on the ski slope of the Alpenrose ski lift. A highlight is certainly the possibility of ski-in and ski-out, as well as the south-facing terrace with views of the Valais mountains and the Rhone valley.

In the southern, very bright part of the apartment is the kitchen, as well as the open living/dining room. In the northern part of the apartment there is a comfortable bedroom. Between these rooms the bathroom is embedded. Furthermore there is a large private parking place in the basement, as well as a laundry room.

House Caroline, Riederalp center

In the house Caroline we rent a studio and an apartment. The house is situated in a quiet area not far from restaurants and ski lifts. There are shopping possibilities directly at the cable car (Riederalp Mitte). The house is connected to the road network of Riederalp and is therefore easy to reach on foot (winter skis) or by mountain cab. The location allows a unique view of the alpine panorama including the Matterhorn.

The Holiday Home Castle is situated above Blitzingen and offers a picturesque view of the valley and the mountains.
